✅ How to switch from physical SIM to eSIM (Boost Australia)
- 
Download & open the Boost Mobile app (from the App Store or Google Play). 
- 
Log in using your Boost number and security code. 
- 
Tap “My Boost” → “Manage eSIM” → “Switch to eSIM.” 
- 
Follow the prompts — the app will verify your phone compatibility. 
- 
You’ll receive a QR code or automatic activation link to install your eSIM. 
- 
Once activated, your physical SIM will stop working. 
⚠️ Important notes
- 
You must use the same device where your Boost SIM is active (can’t switch via another phone). 
- 
If you’re porting from another provider, complete the port first on the physical SIM — then switch to eSIM. 
- 
If the app doesn’t show the “Switch to eSIM” option, contact Boost Customer Care (125 8881) or use live chat via the Boost website. 
- 
Opened SIM cards can’t be returned, even if you later switch to eSIM.
