Change of Mind Returns Policy

MobileXpress.com.au accepts change of mind returns within 14 days of purchase under the following conditions:

• The item must be returned in its original packaging, sealed in the box.
• Opened or used items will not be accepted for return.
• The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
• A 10% restocking fee will be applied to all returned items.
• Refunds will be processed once the returned item is inspected and approved.

 

Warranty Policy

All products sold by MobileXpress come with a minimum 1-year warranty, unless otherwise specified. Please note that different products may carry different warranty terms based on the manufacturer or product type.

Warranty Coverage

• Covers all manufacturer faults and defects

• Does not cover physical damage, accidental breakage, or liquid damage

Kindly include:

• Your order number

• A brief description of the issue

• Photos or videos (if applicable)

Once we review your request, we will advise you on the appropriate service center or return address to send your product for warranty assessment.
